Submitting “Print Ready” files is key in ensuring that your jobs get printed in a timely fashion. This means that your job should be setup with the proper resolution, colors, bleeds etc. Doing so will prevent delays for you and your customers.

It is very important to take the necessary steps when preparing your print files. This can facilitate and ensure the delivery time of your prints.

Steps to Make Sure your 24 Hr Printing Services are not delayed.

1. Ensure that the wording in your design is inside the safe zone. If you use our templates, it is often the blue frame seen within the template file. This ensures that your words or anything important such as images, logos, etc., do not get cut during the cutting stages.

2. Ensure that your background extends beyond the template’s edge. This is called a bleed. Bleeds are needed just in case the artwork gets shifted a bit during the cutting process.

3. Confirm that you are working with CMYK color mode, and your resolution is at 300 DPI in your design software. RGB color mode is used for monitors and screens and should not be used when designing print jobs.

Submitting your files in RGB will get converted to CMYK which may result in color shifting. Reds, Greens, and Blues(RGB) are the ones most affected. Reason for this is that our printers use CMYK(Cyan, Magenta, Black, and Yellow) to create these colors. So be sure when you first start your document, it is setup in CMYK color mode.

4. Finally, keep in mind that our cut-off time is 10:00 PM Eastern Time. This means that if you place your order after 10:00 PM, it will be NOT be printed the next day. This is critical. Especially when you or your client have a tight deadline
